The Authority Site course goes in-depth on building Authority Sites - and that's it. It talks about quality content, list building, using wordpress, and is has a lot more emphasis on getting natural links. It also covers a few ways of getting traffic completely unrelated to SEO.

There's minimal overlap of the two.
