In my opinion If you don't have knowledge but have some basic affinity and passion about the niche you are going to market, then also after extensive writing about it , you will get considerable exposure to that niche. Depends on what you mean by experience. Number of years on the job or do something many times. I think you need experience and knowledge to be successful.

In most niches you need to be an expert if you write the content yourself. If you have a static website you might get away with ghostwriters but for blogs, forums you will need to be some kind of an expert to be successful.

When you say experience, do you mean experience as in “I do this for a living” or experience as in “I’ve been exposed to this before and I think I know what I’m doing”? TBH, people say in order to find out if something works for you, try new things, if it don’t work for you thats your problem and either you need to research more or stay away from that particular niche. What you think?

In our opinion, choosing a niche you have experience in is the 99% factor that will allow you to be successful. In other words, if you have little experience what do you have to offer others? Sounds kind of curt, but it’s true. For example, who wants to follow the SEO site of someone with little to no experience? Experience leads to success – and this blog is a great example of that.
