Duplicate content also can cause by the design of a blog or website. The content itself means the whole text inside the page. It could be navigation or other text that we always include. Remember that most blogger and website owner use CMS.

@Andy PLR sure will trap you to duplicate content. Unless you can add more text in that page to make it 30% unique.

I have been wondering about how the duplicate content works. There are a lot of PLR programs but it seems they must be offering the same content to different customers.
The thing is Google is trying to make the web experience the way they want it and that is the rules we need to play by.

There are so many misconceptions about duplicate content, and especially when it comes to article marketing, when in reality article syndication is so widespread that if it was dupe content, no article directories would exist!

Thank you for that clarification. I have dupe content on two of my blogs because, blogger had flagged me for spam (I think it did this to a lot of people in error), however, my blogspot blog was down for almost 3 weeks...in the interim, I did not want my readers to dessert me as I had scheduled posts and everything...so I imported all my posts into WP just in case. Now, of course, there is dupe content out there for me...
