You can also use Google's image search, and search for "u comment i follow" (be sure to include the quotes). There is a U COMMENT I FOLLOW badge that a lot of bloggers use, and this search will yield such blogs. Sometimes the image isn't the badge, but the blog the image comes from invariably is.
